Relaxation massage is a gentle, soothing massage technique that helps relieve stress and muscle tension. During a relaxation massage session, the therapist uses only her hands to apply gentle, rhythmic pressure to the upper layers of muscles throughout the body, using a variety of massage techniques, such as gliding, kneading, and rubbing to provide deep relaxation and wellness to the body.
The session lasts 45 minutes held on the couch and can be finished or not with the Lingam / Yoni massage.
